We are one of the largest commercial Chancery chambers in the country and were formed on 5th June 2006 upon the merger of the chambers of Hedley Marten at 11 New Square and the chambers of Malcolm Waters QC at 11 Old Square.

We have 46 barristers, including 5 Queen's Counsel, with over 65 recommendations in the current editions of The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners directories, covering the principal areas of commercial and Chancery law.
