He has a property, commercial and professional negligence practice which consists of advocacy, drafting and advisory work in a range of business and property related matters. He appears regularly in the County Court, the Queen’s Bench and Chancery Divisions of the High Court (including the Technology and Construction Court and the Companies Court), in the Court of Appeal and in Mediation and Arbitration. He also appeared in one of the last cases to be heard by the judicial committee of the House of Lords.
