Chief Registrar Briggs – Nicholas Briggs was called to the Bar in 1994 and was appointed as a Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court in 2015. He was appointed as Chief Registrar in 2017.
Anthony Hannon – Anthony is the Official Receiver for the London region and heads the Public Interest Unit for the South.
Chris Laughton – Chris is a partner at Mercer & Hole. He is a past president and honorary member of INSOL Europe, the European association of restructuring and insolvency professionals, and the editor of ‘Recovery’, the quarterly journal of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
Tina Kyriakides –
Tina is a barrister at Radcliffe Chambers and a Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court.
Mark Mullen –
Mark is a barrister at Radcliffe Chambers and a Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court.
